May 2008 Camping Memorial Day Weekend at Tumalo Falls

We went camping with the Miller Family, Zac Bell and Nick Noffsinger. We only were rained on for about an hour. It was a great trip!

Tree hugging...
Greg Miller laying on the ground in the hammock that didn't work..or was it that he was too heavy??
Tumalo Falls...

The "hike" to the falls. It wasn't even a trail it was a road. See how bored Heather was? :-)

All the "kids".
Russ and Zac...
Rock climbing and cave exploring...
Bike riding along a very busy road...
The clan...

More from Father/Daughter Day...

One more thing...anytime we go to the beach, we buy and eat enough salt water taffy to make us sick! This time was no exception--braces and all!
It's nice to know I am loved and missed. My family came back from the beach and we all went out to dinner together.

Father/Daughter Day April 2008

Lincoln City, OR
Freezing cold...
They really never do grow up...
Heather lending a helping hand...
This is something our church does every year for 6th grade on up daughters and their dads. They eat breakfast together at the church and then each family decides what activity they want to do. I think my girls pick a trip to the beach every year. They had discussion questions Russ

asked them and they had questions to ask him. It's a great time for Russ to spend with the girls.

April 2008 Caley gets her license!

Caley got her driver's license without much problem--she just drove with her door slightly ajar during the entire test! The tester was not aware of this--even with all the lights in the van on. Caley didn't want to ask to close it as she thought she would automatically flunk her test! I say good thinkin'! Way to go, Caley!

Wow has life been busy! I can't keep up with this thing for the life of me. I think I'll do less writing and more picture posting so I can get caught up. I really wanted to be caught up for this weekend's family reunion which we are unable to attend. Sorry, Family! Keep checking for updates.
